Who is eligible?

*At the time of the Arraignment date, if the Defendant chooses to participate in Vet Court, they will be given two dates: a) The first date will be for their Preliminary Evaluation-They will be meeting with one of our contracted Service Providers who will be reviewing their case as well as the recommendations for their case. This information will be provided for the Judge/Pubic Defender and or Private Attorney as well as the Prosecutor. This will be reviewed in our staffing as a plan will be discussed for the Defendant. b) The second date will be for their Veterans Court hearing. The information from their Preliminary evaluation as well as their treatment plan will be discussed with them with their Public Defender and or their Private Attorney.
